How Acrostic Puzzles Work

Step 1: Solve Clues

Answer the lettered clues (A, B, C...). Each answer's letters are numbered and transfer to the quote grid.

Step 2: Reveal Quote

Letters fill into the numbered grid squares to gradually reveal the hidden quotation.

Step 3: Find Author

The first letters of all answers spell out the author's name and work title.

Solving Tip: Work both directions - solve clues to fill the quote, and use revealed quote letters to help solve remaining clues!
